What Kind of Kindness Has Been Done to You?
i'd like to think any act of kindness has been done to you, particularly in business. If i think about my own journey to becoming a leader and also a very non conventional banker, if you like. I was incredibly inspired by a lady called jane prober who was a lecturer at the business school i was at. And then i also had a fantastic chair when i worked tor the able marde ive trust to. So i think those re the times in my career where i've perhaps and seen the biggest, a step change and growth in myself in a very positive way.
