The Social Self and the Sensual Self Are Living Very Different Lives
The more that you try to appease and people please, the further away from your sensual self you are. You create these boundaries with conversations that you have with your friends. What healthy means to everyone is very different and what you will be comfortable with and what you won't become durable with. And so all of this comes into play when you have boundaries.
