In 18 incidents described in 21 reports, observers reported unusual u a p movement patterns or flight characteristics. Some appear to remain stationary in winds, aloft, move against the wind, manoeuvr abruptly, or move at considerable speed without discernible means of propulsion. And they're doing further analysis at the task force to try to figure out if any of these represent break through technologies - which according to some reports, they definitely would.
