There are dumb mistakes of youth. There are dangerous mistakes that I would encourage people to certainly avoid. And then there's self learning along the path throughout it all. You'll him being hydrochloride, for instance, back in the day that was rumored to be very effective for removing stubborn body fat and different capacities. He also took a Johimby in at one point, probably in combination with something else to enhance the effects.
