Are Private Companies Better Than Public Markets?
Not everything is fully transparent once you become public. Private companies stay private because they want to maintain control of the journey. Because there's more money involved in private markets, that's why we see a lot more companies postponing or never ever doing a listing process. But that doesn't mean you can't create liquidity. It just means you have to play the game the way the car doesn't have been dealt. So we respect private markets, we private and create products around that by allowing people to run liquidity within the realms of privacy if it makes any sense.
