The Potential of Unified Ledgers

We don't know how much of this stuff is not happening because of incentive and information problems. You would have interest rates dependent on GPS positioning. We shouldn't simply think about this as another gimmick, it's really something that has to do with the real world. It's potentially transformative if we can harness it in the right way.
