Kia Starmer has managed to make the Labour Party so boring. I mean, that's a real achievement because the Labour Party is also still full of people who would like politics to be a lot wilder. And they had their time, but they haven't gone away. As we get near a general election, and as it looks more and more likely that the Conservatives will lose, some of the more showy parts of British politics will come back to the fore.
