So they'll lean into it. Like if it's every day there's a gut and a feelings tool. They will impact all those markers I talked about in the labs. And we know now from research that's trauma can be literally stored in our body. Men are extra bad at talking about these things. But oftentimes it's impacting the choices we're making in our life. It's impacting how our relationships and it's impacting our health.
