Is There a Difference Between Beginners and Experts?

The book is very broad in its scope. It doesn't go deep enough into any of the particular problem solving techniques. At the end of every chapter we include a small section called real world applications, and it tries to bring them back into the day to day sophor development world. I think for people who felt like they've been in kind of that api plumbing mode for too long, maybe they'll find this book a little refreshing.
