When your PR comes a year, maybe two years, if you have an injury, how do you help your clients stay motivated when the PR stop coming as frequently or even they just stop? Yeah. A PR is not just a one rep max. It's there are all sorts of strength PRs. You can chase that at some point, if you've trained long enough and you get old enough, you'll no longer hit any of those PRs. And so we, you know, I use a sleep app that I love attached to my, one of my wearables. And I track it on, on our app, how much total sleep did I get, how much deep sleep
