What's the Point of Nato Now?

The war has been good news for really bad people, says CNN's John Sutter. There used to be a big defense sector of tactical nuclear weapons and it was badly hurt by the soviet union going out of business. Now they've got what looks like an expansion ist russia that they can blame all their expanded defense budgets onih. And i think part of the argument about russia's alleged willingness to use them against ukraine, which may be real, i don't know.
