Id, sound like early on you're able to batch this stuff, or you do yo, maybe a whole real of you doing the dance stuff. And then separately, even going to create the screen capture videos for the different exceltatorials. Is that still the content process to day, or what's fueling new videos?

Yess, that's usually what i do. I'll get myself to a creative floe state, which i do by i separate out my days. So i've days where i'm in more with the masculine energy, which is like the ice coffee to do. Liss, it's not necessarily like male female. It's just like two different energy types. And so in those days i'm like grinding through females, like vidioediting, doing those types of things. And then i have my creative, feminine energy days where i just think, don't work, and i go out in nature, i meditate, i do yoga, i get myself into a flow state, which usually takes like an hour or two for me. And then i start brain storming content ideas. And that's when the viral ideas come to me. I write them down, i get everything organized. And then on the other days, i'll actually bat shoot. So i'll get my ringlight out, i do my harmi make up all the things, and i will show like ten different vid s. And then throughout the week, i'll go in and like edit the scream above my head and like all those types of things. But it's really the key part for me, is like leaving that space to be creative so i get the idea, so that i know what to execute on. So it's all condof just like following myself in my intuition, and just like giving myself the space til i be creative. It's a big part of it.
