How to Meditate

You do not have to keep your eyes closed and sit in the lotus or have any mood that has that you use with your hands to meditate. In my course, I actually gave over 13 examples of meditations that are completely active eyes open. Walking meditation is a huge one. You hit this place of just calmness in your brain. This is where you'll get new ideas for art or creative projects that you're working on. So sometimes what we need to do is meditate every day, but we don't want to call it meditating. But think about mindful activities that you can take time out to do.
