The Importance of Decentralized Employment

I think about the teams that I've built, they've always been quote unquote decentralized people. And there are so many talented people who seek that out. It's tough to fund your startup or your business idea entirely from your own pocket. So if you're able to do some consulting a few days a week, work on your own thing, grow your own thing up until it's sort of supporting you and then use contracting to bridge the gaps.
