The Quintessence Background in World of Darkness

The point by system for familiar is here is interesting. Nice to see the library background reducing the experience point cost for increasing pillar rating. The sanctum background ramps up in an interesting way. Increasing these backgrounds encourages what I call a domain level play, which is instead of making my player more powerful, I want my cabal to form a chantry or an organization and let that become more powerful.
