The Autogonophilia Theory

Autoginophilia is a male sexual arousal by the fantasy of being a woman or having a woman's body. Autogonophilic persons, many of them, have a deep need to see themselves as like a woman. And that theory, autogonophilia theory, says they're not really like women. They're males who have this sexual thing. It is very controversial. I know from experience because in 2003, I published a book called The Man Who Would Be Queen. In the third section of this, I elaborated the theory, which was originally originated by Ray Blanchard, the sexologist in Toronto."
