What Are the Leading Community Platforms?

It's almost as if your interactions become content. So, yeah, so this user generated content element and then there's how you as a company participate in communities. This really goes back to, again, not to date myself too much, but it's like, this goes back to community management. We weren't content marketers in the beginning. We were community managers.
