How to Respond to Negativity in a Company?

Some of my co work s have a negative attitude and energy about management. They're constantly complaining and making negative remarks. I don't want to be consumed by the negativity or contribute to the problem. What's your advice on how to respond to these remarks, since i'm new to the company and don't have the same perspective as them?
