How to Find Your Audience on YouTube

YouTube's algorithm favors really long videos, usually around like the 40 minute mark and above. A lot of studios are backing away from publishers and trying to self-publishes that there's a lot of bad publishers out there. There's a certain point in which you don't have to worry about the algorithm as much because you're just a big giant YouTuber with 12 million followers. But for the most part, especially for smaller YouTubers like me who've just very recently launched my video essay YouTube channel, you have to find a way to get the algorithm to work to you.
