The Evolution of Kissing

Not all humans kiss. There are some specific cultures, like tribes in like jungles that do not kiss. They say apparently one theory anyway, is it comes from kiss feeding. But the strange thing about that is that was between mothers and children. So when did it become a romantic thing?
