Stability is a subcategory of strength. It's not super complex, but we can practice it regularly. We're trying to take your brain, make it plastic and take those changes in stability into your brain stem that integrate that skill with the way you walk and run. That's actually where people talk about neuroplasticity, right? And when you're actually doing what you love to do, which is run, you're transferring things from one sport to another. The more time and attention you give to it, the more it becomes a most automatic.
