Fast casual foods include Chipotle, Chili's and Noodles & Company. Fast casual restaurants tend to be a bit healthier than fast food. A chain restaurant means that instead of just one restaurant existing there are hundreds if not a thousand in the United States. Chain restaurants can be good because you know exactly what you're getting but they can also be bad because it's not a high quality product.
