The Impacts of Persistent Patellofeminal Pain on Public Health

If you have persistent patellofeminal pain generally over time your activity level will decrease. Rates of anxiety, depression, kinesophobia etc much higher in people with PFP compared to the general population. Even down to things like career choices and participation I've read in for adolescents it can alter that people ruling themselves out of certain careers.
