I've had many arguments with media lawyers on this over the years. I eventually have got around to calling these Shyster sites, which is an accusation that they're shyster and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. They process your application for you by doing exactly what you could do yourself going direct, but they then charge you. In everyday language, they're scams. You've been charged 91 quid for now.
