The way that these tests are developed is that a researcher gets lots of tissue and blood samples from patients. And then they build a set of assays and analytics pipeline that look at the samples and try to class them correctly. You could certainly run multiple of those types of tests on the same samples from the same patients if you had large enough sample volumes. I don't think that the statistics would hold if you developed them separately from one another.
