The Fear of Green Energy Projects Overloading the Grid

The federal government is doing a few things already to make this process easier. The agency in charge of the queue is writing some new rules, trying to make it move faster. And there are some important changes in that big spending bill that Congress just passed. It includes money for new electricity transmission projects and some money specifically for energy projects on reservations.
