The C40 and the One-Minute City

In Sweden, the idea is that residents of a single street can design how much space on that street is used for public services like parking. Portland has 20-minute neighborhoods and Barcelona has these super blocks that are nine block chunks. Oxfordshire County Council had championed this idea called low traffic neighborhoods. The idea in Oxford was that you would limit the number of cars that were moving through high traffic areas at certain times of day.
