It doesn't take more than six weeks to train them to the point that they can see which deals are good or not. Go to go ask, you know, if you're meeting a syndicator, okay, I want to talk to someone who's been in a deal with you and is exited with you. You have to know what type of deal it is. We have deals that are multifamily. They actually send that reporting every month. So they'll send their investors every month. What was this month's leasing? What's going on the property?"
