How to Be a Factor Investor

I think if you're going to be a factor investor, you pick your factor and stick with it. You do not try to predict when growth through the value is going to turn or no. And maybe rebalance, right? Like a dynamic rebalancing strategy makes a lot of sense to me. But I don't know that it's any easier to choose a factor that you get in and out of.
