The Importance of Hop Selection
Keeping hop flavor is a great thing to work on and obviously keep people cold. A lot of brewers will dance around when it comes to hop selection, but we're just the opposite i want as much as i can to use same farm every year. There's something to that though at least going to the same farm and sometimes even the same fields because there’s a consistency there from from month to month.
