There is a sense of tying the end to the beginning. The director's commentary on that was that this show is not about the ending. It's about the entire story, the process of how it happened. That means i'm going to tell you the end from the beginning. Why would you sit through it if you arready the beginning? Well, that's the irony. I know what the ending is.
