How to Measure Public Sentence on Fish and Game Issues
The Wisconsin Game Commission holds a joint hearing each April with the Department of Natural Resources to propose changes, improvements to hunting, fishing and trapping rules. This year's ballot had 76 questions, 38 fish and wildlife rule changes, and 38 WCC advisory questions to become a state rule. A citizen's proposal must go through a five step process before it can be implemented.
