Why You Shouldn't Delegate Your Email to Someone Other Than Yourself
As long as the expectation is crystal clear, then the person might deleat slack from his phone on the week end. The number of times my week end has been ruined by an unspoken norm by someone who had a position of power over me in the work force,. I worked on wall street for 15 years. That's all people do, is they shed on your norms. So i was like, and again, it's like, have a choice in this. If you want to not check anything, you have to delegate your email, your working male to some one else. A great deal. I wish i had that when i was grown up. And there were things that i realize
