The People Map Is So Powerful
The company uses a people map and clifton strength assessment to help staff focus on their work. The more people use their strength, the more aged they areok? Whas naturally, yes. So we work really hard at aiming people's strength, and they just come to work more engaged. We have this charted on the er all over the office so everyone can see it. And i think that the principles here, again, like that common language, is also giving people, helping people connect to why they're doing this. I'm one of those kind of things.
