The Colts are under six and a half because they don't really have means to get better. The Titans should embrace the suck, but I can see the wheels coming off with Chiquet O'Conco driving the bus. It's hard to create chemistry when you're waiting for Josh Rogers to gel at this point in his career. New England Patriots will probably be the worst team in their division on paper.
