The last number i saw was over one point three million employees, which is a bit staggering to think out. And then also, what amazon wanted to foster in terms of culture was making a place where builders can build and invent without a whole lot of al politics co ordination. I'm excited to see some of those innovations that come out. But it is important to no, you're only as good as your people are. That is your ultimate bottle neck as a company. So you ignore that at your own peril. The first step in getting better is recognizing where there's an issue and then putting in resources in order to improve.
