The Best Case for Income Redistribution
The best case available in a data is better than the ones for income distribution, he says. If politicians have the ability to redistribute very easily, for good purposes, they can do it for bad purposes, and they'll give favors and treatments to privilege political players. So if say you can find a way to create rules of the game, political incentives that give you secure property rights, low regulation, and really well targeted redistribution, happy for you, super happy for you.
