How Do You Build a Great Culture for Your Company?
I think it's tempting for new companies like startups to move as quickly as possible in every dimension. I think that's probably in many cases an error because some of those decisions you make in early days are kind of are not reversible. Culture is something that forms one way or another and if you're not intentional about what kind of culture do you want to build, it will still get formed but you might not be able to change it. In our case, we actually took two years to hire our first 15 or so people and then we went from about 15 to 80 in like a year after that.
