The Voice and the Sovereignty Question

I agree with you that the sovereign he point and the voice are two separate propositions. It's a reasonable question to ask, what is the impact of the voice on this sovereignty question? Because obviously Indigenous people say sovereignty was never ceded. And one of the tactics to defeat the referendum is asking so-called questions, which have nothing to do with what this referendum is about. There are a whole range of questions, which were put forward by Peter Dutton. This referendum is about two things, recognition and consultation.
