Do You Think It's a War Crime Scene?

The scene was highly, highly controlled. I'm not ipplying anything about that, not planing any sort of dark conspiracy behind that. But talking to people in these eliberated areas, i' askd people like, did the russians commit abuses? They kill people? Did they? Nor did they? Did they ra women? That kind of thing? And i i was told in both these places, no, they sometimes came into town, and they mostly left people alone.
