When you're hearing a case or considering a case, do you huddle up with the other two judges on the court of appeals to talk through the case? We'll usually get fifteenr or so cases for a calendar, sometimes 12. Our goal is to always be unanimousajust sometimes we don't agree. What do you think is the most obscure law that we have on the books in north carolina? It's the supreme court. I'm tracking that one now.
