Radio advertising evolved to be highly compressed in time and in volume. The end result of these fast talking, compressed, locally made radioads is there's a petina to them, and they sound terrible. Nobody puts together the best radioad collection and has people by it. There are still people who watch the apl 19 84 commercial or i'd like to teach the world to sing kococola commercials on television. But there's nobody who's digging deep to hear a commercial from a tako stand from seven or ten years ago. And so when lousy ads show up, well, if the check clears, you can run em.
