How to Welcome People to a Community of Practice
If there's if it's an existing community, and you're inviting people in, then the obvious next step is to welcome them when they show up. From meetup group for most meetup groups, particularly the ones that are all remote. You know, a simple email that says, you know, welcome to the group is probably fine. And how do you do that internally to your company that would you use some some companies are restrictive like external websites? I'm kind of curious. Diana, do you have anything on that?"
