If you haven't got a calm frame of mind when you're trading, you're probably either trading we're too big a size, or you don't know what you were trading in the first place. And anxiety thogt breeds the fear. As soon as you fear, you'll snatch yat things. When you see i going against you, you'll just think, oh, please let it get back. But if it was all pre planned, you would have none of that. You accept the decision, but you have to be happy with that decision before you take it. I'm 52 yoar old. I've still got a bat man, my bal on my desk.
