The Joy of Painting

The late painter bob ross had a series called the joy of painting. We get hung up when we're writing a rough draft and say, "This is garbage" But if we just learn to enjoy writing rough drafts that are rough, then it's not distressful. I mean, i can see a little bit of me in this, but i know what i sound like now. So how rers your process of finding your voice? And how can we learn to into that?
