"There was nothing a Mormon prophet living or dead really offered me as far as value goes," he says. "I would rather you be wrong and leave than stay and do something you don't believe in." He left the church late October of 2019 and was out by November. His wife, who started down this road to improve our relationship is still a very true believer.
