The Future of Energy and Climate Policy in Europe

I think it will continue to be the case that Europe will make more progress on decarbonisation. I don't think energy is particularly one of those where there are signs of fracturing and reasons for concern. If anything, we are seeing continued cooperation in many of these areas. The benefits of access to cheap energy helps in terms of development as we talked about earlier.
