The Disadvantages of a Republican Party

There are a number of relatively high profile people who we typically think of as Republicans, but might well not be. They're coming out saying to one degree or another that they will not support President Trump's re-election efforts. And the New York Times ran with a story yesterday claiming that George W. Bush would not be supporting Donald Trump for re-election. That's a little surprising and Mitt Romney wouldn't either.
