Signal is open source, so you can fork the code and make your own Signal. There are many of those out there; we don't endorse them. Of course, we don't have equity. So, that's not part of the package. But we are a fully distributed organization. We want to hire the best people we can find. It makes it a great working environment for people who want to apply their talents to something outside of the surveillance tech ecosystem.
