Is the Atmospheric Impact of the Laws Changing?

There were many more people that were willing to take part and that was because people didn't know yet how these laws actually impact freedom of speech. By the summer, all the protests had died down and it was becoming increasingly difficult to make this film. A new law passed in the summer which effectively bans Russians from working with foreign organizations like the media without the consent of the security services. So people were very, very afraid to speak to us. But I guess that's what makes all of our interviews and contributors so unique in their braveness.
